It was very good. someone suggested it would be interesting from the benefit officers side. The credits acknowledged the huge input from anonymous civil servants on the other side of the glass screen, and the film also showed their frustrations.

My immediate reaction was "miserable". I expected at least 50% time spent in wreaking vengeance with a finale of molten metal poured over the excellent Woody Harrelson.
