why?
no one's ever asked for ID other than for Harry Potter screenings and that was only due to the film's popularity.
....
anyway. I thought it was OK. The lovey dovey element wasn't done so well, Spiderman stories always manage to get the measure of that one almost right ( in terms of Marvel films). It was a little bit long and drawn out at the start though i guess we needed that information.
i thought the baddie guy (i cant even remember his name and know nothing of this comic sorry) looked like Jim Carey in The Mask, but red. i assume though that it was what the comic character looks like so it doesn't really matter. But it made me want to laugh more than it made me afraid or grossed out or however it is i'm supposed to have felt.
lots of little bits in it that i found quite amusing, though not sure if i was supposed to or not .. can't remember anything specific mind you.
it was ok. my mum loved it but i was a bit nonplussed. from films this week i'd day i much preferred super 8, though i thought it would be the other way around.
