To reduce the chat in Free Film...

#1 Post by Celini » Sun Aug 07, 2011 8:15 am

Would it be possible to have a slightly different template for "Post a new Topic", "Quote" and "Reply" in the Free Film forum?

Like would it be possible to automatically add a warning (big and colourful font) at the bottom of the new message reminding everybody not to chat about it and to remind people they can chat in "Film Discussion" and then can post new ticket availability in the dedicated thread located in Film Discussion as well?

I have no idea whether it is possible to implement and I know the rules are already pretty clear at the top of the Free Film page but obviously people don't necessary read the top of the page...

Ah, I looked into that a long, long time ago.
Sadly it isn't possible to have templates or modified post forms in a single board. It would be great if we could, but we can't. :/
Having the orange forum rules thing is the best that can be done I think.
