You have to directly Tweet whoever did the comp then for instance "@PRcompany: I have learned that @winner is selling their tickets for £200 here [link]"

i think there were a couple of competitions for the same type of prize i know F_T_R_C did one cant remember the others tho!

I Googled the phone number in the ad and got name, address and e-mail address of this person O_O The F_T_R_C winner is named Craig, this winner is named Sophie (might be partners of course, wouldn't know). So if anyone comes across a comp winner named Sophie...

What are you reporting this under on gumtree? I looked at their posting terms and I can't see it mentioned that it is illegal to sell premiere tickets you won. It might be morally questionable but as it's not a football or lottery ticket, I don't think gumtree will do much about it.
