On a more sober level after last night's half of The Rocky Horror Picture Show, I decided to sit down and watch American History X (as I'm meeting Edward Furlong tomorrow). What a stunning film. I've never seen anything like it before. Edward Furlong gives one of his greatest performances as a former neo-nazi skinhead who tries to dissuade his younger brother (Furlong) from going down the same wrong path he did. Brutal, and yet artistically very impressive, it made me cry more than any other film I've seen. I implore you to see it if you haven't.

Loved the day in the 2005 when I noticed the 'little kid' from terminator started looking older than me.

loved American X though. The funniest thing about the reaction to the move is how neonazis think the film is gospel up until Edward Norton becomes a good guy, they actually believe that the original ending had Norton staying 'bad' but the jews in hollywood forced the director to change (lool?? ) it so that Norton's character remains a 'good guy'. I'll have what they are smoking!

Eddie turned out to be really nice and still had that slightly whiney Californian accent. Didn't ask him what the hard drugs felt like as I was only getting an autograph and thought a question like that might have made it a bit awkward He didn't look like he's taking care of himself, he's put on weight and grown his hair very long, but he was very nice. He did say "rock and roll" when I went away though! Interesting about the neo-nazis. Edward Norton was so convincing in that role I almost wondered if his character's story was autobiographical but I guess that's just awesome acting

Nice that he was pleasant, these stars rarely care about fan visitors and just smile gormlessly. Pity he looks so old and bad now but I guess thats a good lesson for you young guys like yourself, Wierdy, keep healthy and dont end up looking 40 till you are well over 40, and not when you get to 25 certainly.
