Awesome! Having not a single movie or theatre trip planned this week (*gasps*) I think I shall be attending the various Christmas light switch-ons instead :D

how i do love this place. Not been on computer really last week, come on here and bam the Christmas page is up and running :)
makes me happy! now if i can just rob all your tips again to get sorted I'll be well prepared this year.

I too have no previews or plays booked this week - so far. Don't think Xmas lights would make up for it as far as I'm concerned, however; instead I aim to fill the gaps nearer the time and hope SFF might oblige with some more show tix as an early Xmas present.

Just back from a jolly to paris, what I did become aware of is the fact that Christmas is not thrust in your face like in this country. No shops were geared up and selling anything christmasy, apart from Lafayettes which had a grand total of 10 or so different baubles for sale. Brilliant, shame we can't adopt the same attitude here.

Christmas season usually starts around the 15th November over there ;)
(and for sure you won't hear cheesy Xmas songs all over the place!)
