Schumann, Mozart and Rachmaninov all feature in his programme, as does Leoncavallo‘s popular Mattinata, performed with pianist Simon Lepper.

Following a sell-out run at Soho Theatre and at the Edinburgh Fringe, In The Middle of No One transfers to the West End!

The National Theatre Live season continues on Thursday 9 February with a live broadcast of Travelling Light to cinemas across the UK and around the world. You could be part of the live filming; we are delighted to offer Show Film First members tickets to the broadcast performance.

Please note that there will be cameras positioned in the auditorium, and due to the nature of live broadcast there may be some changes made to the production.

Written by Nicholas Wright, this new play is a funny and heart-warming tribute to the Eastern European immigrants who became major players in Hollywood’s golden age of cinema.

The broadcast will include a live post-show Q&A with director Nicholas Hytner, writer Nicholas Wright and film critic Jason Solomons.
