At least it is easier. (especially with my combo watch as the hands only move forwards!)

Do I lose another hour's sleep? If I lose much more sleep, I'll be really exhausted - I'm thinking of going to bed now, instead of making tea. I was up half the night again - insomnia is my middle name at present.

I'm afraid so, poor you that must be rubbish not being able to sleep. I would get OH to make you dinner then have a nice early night, try a lovely warm (not hot) lavender bath and then hopefully you will drift off into a beautiful sleep.
