I gave the tickets to a young couple in the end. (my naughty attempt @ a swap for cinema fell flat!!)

How anybody can cope with LEVEL 4? (I bared Green Day by hanging on for dear life BUT luckily with Evening Standard Westlife tickets I sweet talked to a lower level @ the last minute!)

Does anybody ever get below (o2 etc.) Level 4 with SFF ??
I have had both Level 1 as many times as I have had level 4 from SFF, however, if you go to customer services and say you didn't realise the height and can't cope you stand a good chance of getting moved down, we normally try this and so far so good. Sorry you didn't end up getting to see the concert.

............wonder if they've started yet.
Preferred Cinema's now Paignton or Exeter!

I was on the circle (Level 4 I guess?) for Backstreet Boys: I had a minor panic attack and I almost peed myself (well, I would never do that, but I have vertigo, so...)

I don't really know about that, it seems to be the same everywhere. At the Albert Hall it's very steep too and people usually feel dizzy, but we can't change it!

During the last GnR tour I got standing tickets with SFF. On the other hand, I was given level 4 tickets for Bon Jovi...

I didn't want to try sweet talking as SFF have those box office warnings and that trouble (mentioned on FMUK) where recently tickets got cancelled.

I sweet talked the ES Westlife ones as somebody on here/HotUk suggested it.

I find the imax a bit dizzy too and some theatres!!!

I didn't mean at the box office, once you have gone in go to the customer service booth either on Level 4 about half way round or opp the Sky lounge on Level 1, they normally have a few returns & cancellations and will swap them for you without question if they do.

Hi Rainey, Yes I remember L4 Cust Service. (1x outright NO, 1x maybe, 1x comeback later and THEN EUREKA)

If only I had remembered the Cust Service!

I don't know how people can dance up on L4 with no barriers (and pass each other)
