Oh I meant the movie "Brave" (as in the next potential blockbuster).
I have great faith in Pixar, possibly even more than I have in Nolan.

As tempting as that sounds, I really couldn't be bothered to drag myself out of bed before 10am on a Saturday morning... ;)

Might actually use some vouchers to watch this then if there is nothing else worthwhile on...

Really enjoyed TDKR, still unsure how it compares to the other two. Definitely going to go and see it again soon!

I saw this yesterday again at the IMAX with some pretty decent seats somehwere in the middle. I'm glad I pa*d because the experience is pretty much unparallelled, the action scenes were grand and so were trailers for The Hobbit, Man of Steel and a small preview of Skyfall. Although my second viewing of Rises wasn't as emotionally resonating (after all, I knew what would happen) it was an easy 5 star watch all the same.

Here's my review:

When I left the screening I could see the influence of Bond, 24, a dash of Inception maybe until someone pointed out the real inspiration

Go ahead, make my day - by visiting my blog: http://jacobthehobnob.wordpress.com/

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2012" club. I saw 32, which is rather delightful.. I beat Mr. Glass on free films but he narrowly inched me out on total films seen.

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2011" club. I saw 20, interestingly enough. My more realistic target was to see more free films than TheyCallMeMrGlass. I lost.

TDKR is an amazing movie. To compare it with its predecessor, or to compare Joker with Bane, will be an insult to both, As each of them is marvelous in their own different category.
Joker is a maniac, which Heath Ledger plays brilliantly, while Bane is more purpose driven, following his false ideals, and with a solid plan to take Gotham down. Chris Nolan definitely knows how to choose his cast, because the actors he chooses and directs for his movies, don't just play the character, they Actually are the character, and I don't think any one could portray the characters better than them !!
Wasn't Bane acting under Miranda Tate(Talia al Ghul)'s orders as a mere henchman?
Haha. Great to see the "real" Batman above! None of this dark brooding menacing melodramatic nonsense of today. And at least he can speak, without growling! Lol.

Cineworld Unlimited is cheating! ;-)
Well yes, She definitely was the brains behind it all, but that's about it, She didn't actually play a major part in executing any of it. She might've been pulling the strings but she wouldn't have been much success without Bane, now would she !!
