Thank you so much - I must admit its getting on my nerves now as its still quite sore especially its Sarah's birthday tomorrow we're going to York for the day hence wanted a nice meal out - it will have to be soup if it doesn't settle down

Menu of the day:
Cornflakes (300 calories)
Cup a soup and a slice of Spelt bread plus a weight watchers nectarine yoghurt (300 calories)
Weight watchers cheese and onion quiche with salad plus a nectarine yoghurt (400 calories)
I will think of something else soft to eat to make up the calories - it takes forever with a sore mouth :noo:

Hopefully I will do my DVD later but getting my haircut after work and then another patient to see hence will be 8 when I get in but if I can eat my dinner before I have my haircut I can fit it in.

Good luck today Biggins with the weigh in o/ Where is everyone else?

Well - I knew it - too many carbs this week with all the eating out!! :noo: A pound back on!!! I seem to be yo-yoing back and forth with these few pounds recently. Will have to make a valiant effort to get further down on the scales instead of down and back up to the same weight.

More time next week I hope to walk more and eat less. Going swimming this morning so that's a start and the weather is not great today but looks good for tomorrow so will have a walk down at the seafront tomorrow.

Have a nice day out at York tomorrow Diane and hope your tooth doesn't spoilt your meal. o/

You will get there Biggins and as we've been doing this for what seems like ages now its hard to keep it going. Its my social life that is my down fall  and it will have to be a lasagne which is laden with calories instead of my usual legara pizza (daughter wants to go to pizza express) but as its taking me ages to eat at the moment I'm bored before I've finished. Enjoy your swim and all your walking next week.

Thank you as well and I will enjoy York. Glad to see you lurking jojojoanne o/

2.5lbs off this week :) that's 9.5 in total so far, not bad over 4 weeks though I can do better as I was naughty for 2 of the 4.

Need to get in the habit of checking this thread everyday! eep!

I don't know how I'm gonna do, you all lose weight regularly and I absolutely don't check on mine :/
Let's say I'm losing too, ok?

Today:
- dietary chocolate biscuits (don't know how to say that, it's this: http://www.gerble.fr/mes-produits.php?l ... 6138513843)
- tapenade / tomato / lettuce / prosciutto sandwich
- an apple
- a small olive / cucumber / cherry tomato / feta salad (I insist on "SMALL") + 2 small muffins

Well done that is fabulous and I'm loving your ticker :cheer:

http://www.gerble.fr/mes-produits.php?l ... 6138513843 if they have magnesium and Vitamin E plus the added bonus of purely natural ingredients they have to be good for you especially with the chocolate (MrG (the wise one)will say otherwise) I tried it with the Vitamin B content of my Maltesers :shifty:

Menu of the day:
Large bowl of porridge (350 calories) as getting hungry now due to not chewing any food for 3 days but my mouth feels a bit better today.
It will be treat day today as off to the lovely city of York for DD's 19th birthday so I will be doing lots of walking for exercise and eating out as a treat.

Have a fun day everyone and I hope that ClareBarr and Valda are keeping OK as they have both been a bit quiet lately and the lovely MsThrifty and Anakin are having a fabulous holiday o/ Has Preston returned from his bike ride on Wednesday? Enjoy your walk Biggins o/

Pleased to hear your mouth is a bit better today Diane. You'll be feeling hungry with not chewing anything for days so enjoy your treat day in York.
