The Jam - Eton Rifles
Madness - My Girl 1 & 2
Sonic Youth - Dirty Boots
The Stranglers - No More Heroes
Iggy Pop - I Wanna Be Your Dog
The Specials - Message To You Rudy
A horse walks into a bar and the bartender asks, "Why the long face?"

A pony walks into the bar and whispers, "I'll have a beer, please." The barkeeper asks, "Why are you whispering?".
"I'm a little hoarse."

I've become obsessed with movie soundtracks filled with twee indie songs. The main ones at the moment are

(500) Days of Summer
Garden State
The Perks of Being a Wallflower
Silver Linings Playbook
Nick and Norah's Infinite Playbook
Scott Pilgrim

The Shins got pretty over-exposed off the back of Garden State. I really enjoyed the Silver Linings Playbook soundtrack too.

Annoyingly so, but New Slang is still an amazing song. But most of that hype has gone away by now anyway.

I really like the way she sounds on Darkest Moments; goes perfectly on the Mix Cd I'm compiling.
Ha, "Mix Cd" makes me sound like I'm 90 ! Excellent.
