Channing Tatum was there, but didn't even come on the stage

So all in all a waste of time. Men in Masks running around, and that was just the red carpet! Unfortunately as the new thing seems to be - keep the audience outside in the rain, you don't get to see the red carpet action at all.
Totally pointless waste of money, with the most annoying 3D ever. It just looked like blurry shapes in the front

preferred locations Shepherds Bush, Westfield, Notting Hill, Central London, Wimbledon, Islington, Wandsworth thanks

The red carpet set up was awful, completely boarded off with such a little space to see anything, have seen others much better organised. We were talking to the security whilst waiting to go in and the 'Stars' were due to enter from the start of the red carpet (by M&M World) from 5.15pm but because of the rain they didn't want to do the full walk and it was changed at the last minute to them being driven up to the back entrance much nearer to the start time, this in turn left us all waiting outside for much longer than necessary.
Preferred Cinema's now Paignton or Exeter!

Anyone go to Gi Joe at the O2 tonight, my friend took my son as he really wanted to see it and I didn't fancy seeing it again but they've just called to say they are on the way home but the film stopped twice because someone refused to turn their phone off!

Just got home from the O2 and it was plain ignorance, stupidity & selfishness by the guys in question.
I don't know the full facts but yes, the film was stopped twice - after about 15 minutes for a few minutes, then about 15 minute later - this time for almost 30 minutes all because one guy (group of guys) decided that they're too important to be out of contact for 110 minutes.
Cinema staff, O2 security & eventually the police had to attend before they were removed from the screen & the film was able to resume.
And after all that, it was a pretty crap film too.

Son loved the film, but he's 10, so all the explosions & ninja's were always going to be a winning combination for him, I couldn't have sat through it again though.
Such a shame one person (or small group) spoiled it for everyone.
Preferred Cinema's now Paignton or Exeter!

Saw this tonight at O2 and yes there was the interruptions which happened twice. Screening finished at around 21:20. Yes, really annoying and selfish of the guys but hey that's life.
I really had very low expectations for this film especially after the first. Yes, I am a glutton for punishment and a sucker for mindless action films.
It's all action action action. No real story line. It get's rid of old characters quickly. Tonally very different to the first film too. Some good one liners. If you like guns and explosions with no blood then this is fine. For anyone who has a brain then this is going to be an awful film. If you are 12 then you are going to love it.

I applaud Paramount for taking a stance. As frustrated as I was, maybe more people will get the message in the future.

This was total nonsense. The quick resume of who was who at the very begining was completely lost on me but it made not a jot of difference to the plot for me anyway. Never had a clue who was bad or good. Best bit was seeing London getting blown to bits (only kidding! Honest!). Wonder if the O2 got it too - maybe that's why the film stopped?
I actually enjoyed the 3D here - it seemed to work and there was a lot of it, albeit cgi.
Was well pissed off with the SKYbitch at Glasgow though as she was busy asking the couple in front for ID (something to do with it being Dad's account?) then demanded that I show her the email from SKY on my phone as my ticket wasn't clear enough. It took quite a few attempts to persuade her that I used a PC to get the ticket, don't have a smartphone anyway and couldn't show her the email. Then once seated shortly before it started I notice people putting on 3D glasses. Back I go to ask her and sh tells me I was MEANT to pick them up on the way in. I told her she distracted me with all her pantomine about emails and she says "Oh, it's OK". Eh - missus - that's my line. Yours was "Oh, I'm terribly sorry." Epic SKY fail for customer service.
But hey. The film sucked!
