Urgent! Cineworld £1 tix – any film any time
b*y online, Weds 10 – Fri 12 March only

You can get a Cineworld voucher for an adult or child ticket for any film, for just £1. Depending on location this is worth £6-£12 as it can include more costly special 3D showings (though 3D glasses cost 80p more). The voucher’s valid until Sun 25 Apr.

* How to get it. This promo starts at one minute past midnight on Weds a.m. and ends midnight Fri night (or unless it runs out). Go to the MyCityDeal* pages to get the offer, and choose your nearest regional page.

It's for all Cineworlds so don't worry - it doesn't matter which regional page you choose, the voucher will still be valid at any Cineworld (it's also worth noting the page will go back to whichever region you last selected). Your card will be charged £1 and you’ll be sent the vouchers in seven working days. There are no booking or card processing fees.

* How to go with a friend/partner. There’s a maximum of one ticket per customer, but as this is per person and not per household, couples can both sign up individually and each get one.

* Find your nearest Cineworld. Simply go to the Cineworld website.

* How’s it doing this? It's funding the deal as you have to register to its site to get it – and as a new site with big backers its aim is to build a database quickly. Then again, once you’ve got the deal you can choose to unregister.

* Will it have other deals? It has had alternative sign up deals, ranging from a few £1 gets £10 at Pret, to £5 get £10 at Pret. Yet generally these have been for small numbers of customers so it's a roulette as to whether you can get them.

MSE has tried to ensure there’s enough capacity for those coming from the weekly email so there should be enough for most - and arranged for this deal to be available even for people who've already signed up to MyCityDeals. Share your thoughts in the £1 Cineworld tickets forum discussion.
Preferred cinemas:
Weekdays: Central London (all West End), West India Quay, Greenwich O2, Vue Islington

I got an email from MyCityDeals this mornign to say that there was a problem with my payment and that I had missed out because of it.

Just had another email from them to say that I was sent that email by mistake and to expect my ticket in the post in 7 days.

I didn't take part because it looked fishy to me, like they were only doing this promotion to grab people's details and gain a huge database. I shall Tesco clubcard my next Cineworld tickets.

Just seen an ad on More4 (in the middle of Brothers and Sisters), that says the Times will have an offer of 2-4-1 on Crazy heart... Can't see anything yet on google, but check out MSE first thing (newspapers thread) or I will post as soon as I get to read the Times...

The Crazy Heart 2-4-1 Voucher is on p. 88 of the times, and is valid at any Cineworld, Vue or Empire cinema that is showing Crazy Heart, including Cineworld and Vue Dublin. Not to be used with any other offer. You have to pick up tickets at the cinema (as it is a voucher).

The Times is £1.
