Faulty Towers: The Dining Experience (sic.) is running at the Charing Cross Hotel. Over the two-hour running time, you’ll be served a three-course meal and watch as slapstick mayhem erupts around you.

A production featuring Basil, Sybil and Manuel in a ‘two-hour eat, drink and laugh sensation’ (Daily Telegraph) is opening its doors on an open-ended residency in London’s West End.

From 26 October 2012, Faulty Towers The Dining Experience creates some beautifully orchestrated chaos in The Torquay Suite Theatre of the four-star Charing Cross Hotel in The Strand.

The show starts as the audience waits to be seated and then hurtles along for two hours of fully immersive, highly improvised and site-specific comedy theatre.

With only a third of the show scripted, everything stays fresh as Basil, Sybil and Manuel serve up madcap mayhem and a three course meal.

The award-winning Punchdrunk return to London following The Masque of the Red Death and their New York smash-hit Sleep No More, with their biggest production to date.

A site specific production of Ben Aitken's political comedy.

A struggling café is forced to make cuts. Austerity breeds contempt: a Marx-loving waiter tries to organise a strike. Will he convince a Turk, a Pole, and a trialling waitress that striking is the way forward?

In association with the Old Red Lion Theatre, The Café is produced at The Coffee Works Project on Islington High Street (96-98). TWCP is a funky and intimate cafe just a short walk from the ORL.

Parveen, an ambitious young Muslim barrister faces her own trial when she must decide whether to section her mentally ill mother against her family’s wishes. In a unique theatrical event, this compelling new play is being presented in the atmospheric former Westminster County Court.

Project Colony, a new adaptation of Franz Kafka's In the Penal Colony is the follow up to Fourth Monkey's award winning production of Sarah Kane's 4.48 Psychosis at the Edinburgh Festival. Project Colony runs at the atmospheric Trinity Buoy Wharf on the River Thames from 2nd-27th April.

Paradise Lost: Under the direction of the critically acclaimed and award nominated artistic director of Theatre Temoin Ailin Conant, Milton’s classic tale of the battle between good and evil is retold for a contemporary audience in the most atmospheric and exciting of non-traditional theatre spaces. 29 May - 20 June.


These are site specific productions spread across two buildings, one of these being below ground level. As such this room can get cold, we therefore advise patrons to wrap up warm to ensure the climate does not impact their enjoyment of the production. Comfortable shoes are also adviseable.

Absolutely loved this film. Fantastic music.

And heads up if anyone is interested. Apparently previews are half price if booked now. performances with seats starting from just £7 and best seats at only £37.50.

Sold out previews but managed to snag a ticket for a 7.50 slot. The show ended at 10pm - I really wish I had the full three hours. The set is massive! 4 floors to explore, 2 parallel storylines and I am guessing about 15 or so characters to follow. It was like being in a dream. Definitely worth a repeat visit.

I went to see the lady killers last night.

In not normally keen on plays. But as this was a comedy and I've heard great things I went

I'm so glad I did. It's really good quite funny and loved the story (even tho story was a little dated)

The set was amazing. And im puzzled how some things were done. They were so quick !!

Thought how they done the robbery and car chase was very clever and original


Highly recommend if u can manage to get tickets.

They were doing first 2 week previews at half price.
I grew up loving this film and all the music

And the stage show has done the movie justice
Fab show. Stage set is amazing and brilliant music.


Highly recommend if u get the chance to go.
We booked cheap seats at the top (I had forgot how high up it is there. ) never again u have to lean outward the whole time to see everything.
