Saw it this morning. Fun enough, but utterly forgettable. Can't even think of much that happened in it this evening. Denzel and Mark make a great pair though, entertaining banter.

Saw this tonight and must conclude that this far exceeded my expectations as a movie, whilst being rather underwhelming on the comedy front. Rather amusing that this is the second film within 2 days that has involved drug lords and Mexico too.
Marky Mark (unfortunately minus Ted) makes a great team with Denzyl (sounds like a bleach brand) Washingpowder and combined with a great script and story which really draws you in and keeps you wondering right to the end, this film is a winner.

Well worth a watch.
7/10
Quiet night in Edinburgh Cameo, student-wise. Must all be out at the Festival.

Went to see this tonight and have to say that Marky Mark & Denzel were both on top form in this flick
The banter between the two of them was great and although the storyline wasn't anything special it was still very entertaining so overall this gets an 8/10 from me

Washington and Wahlberg make a decent double act and the banter worked well but the story was quite bland. A few great one-liners interspersed with boring exposition meant this did drag in places. 6/10.

Film 2 yesterday so I was hoping to wash KickAss 2 out my mind. Went to meet Funthing at the Cinewoe Trocadero. Amazed to be in screen 2 which was like a palace compared to the other screens I'd been to.
Good banter between the 2 stars, they seemed to gel well, which elevated the rather convoluted story. Supporting cast did well apart from the obligatory female cop, probably chosen for looks rather than acting ability.
Love to see another film with Whalberg and Washington. 7/10
LOl at the lady who sat in front of me, asking the bloke in front of her to take his hat off. His head still blocked her view, as her head blocked mine!

Saw this tonight, the pairing of Mark & Denzel worked well but the laughs were few and far between! Not a very good story either. My mum fell asleep, always a bad sign lol 5/10

Agreed. Don't know where they get off calling this a comedy. It really isn't.

I think it has a hint of comedy in it, but bit like Rush Hour (no offense Brett Ratner) Comedy scenes but serious storyline, moral of it, to save the little girl, just like 2 Guns, find the drug dealer, only a twist.
