It was watchable but wouldn't sit through it again. Reminded me of Home Alone with knives 4/10

I saw this on Tuesday and thought it was good but I didn't find much of the humour funny. The scene I did love though was the Home Alone nail scene.

I am really suprised at how many of you didnt enjoy this.

I'm a huge horror fan, and watched this on Thursday at FrightFest, and it has been raved about since by that audience (all hardcore horror fanatics) and I LOVED IT.

For the genre, its sure to be a trend setter and completely changed a lot if tedious genre stereotypes. E.g not just hitting one of the killers round the head once only for the killer to stand up behind her out of focus -she brutally killed them to make sure he didnt!

Definately lived up to the hype.

10/10

Completely agree, i loved Sharni's character, couldn't quite believe that was little Cassie from Home and Away !! Also a horror fan myself and often shout at the screen don't do this or that or why run up there there is no where to go you muppet! etc lol It was great to see a film that took all that and threw it right out the window o/

Great, just up my street horror fest with a twist. At times wasn't sure whether to laugh or not.

Stayed glued to my seat. Some jumpy and almost head turning moments.

Really waited a while for something like this to come out with too many 15 cert films around.
Loved the moment when Zee & co. weren't horrified at the old man' throat slashing, the baton spikes, the blender and the policeman's end scene
Saw this at Wimbledon tonight. I don't think the staff knew which screen it was to be in, eventually it was sorted though! It was nice to see a horror at a free preview.....I hate going on orange Wednesdays with a p*ying audience only to be surrounded by people laughing / screaming etc & drowning out the film! (The Conjuring was ruined for me!). Really enjoyed this. Nice mixture of jumpy bits plus laugh out loud moments :)

Got the impression from the trailer this was going to be a gripping slasher type film. Too much humour so reminded me of the scream films. 5/10
