His 50th birthdayalameals wrote:Evening everyone. Not long got back from my 4th run of the week. Made sure to push myself that bit further tonight as I won't have time for a run tomorrow as I'm visiting my dad as it's 50th birthday. The man does circuit training twice a week and runs 3 times, he puts me to shame lol. Hope everyone is well and love coming here, the chat is great and plenty of motivation. Glad to hear I inspired you Diane, nice that me getting off my lazy backside can motivate someone else. I last weighed myself Tuesday so may be tempted to weigh in this Tuesday, not sure whether to hold off. Hope everyone is having a relaxing Sunday evening

Glad to see you back on track and I will do the same Tiffany Rothe workout tonight - I had forgotten how quick and fun they are. I had a biscuit frenzy last night which I'm so annoyed aboutmoggers wrote:Right no excuses, I'm back on track this week!! Just did 2 x this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r_J8btnIEKQ our old but trusted friend Tiffany! Will do the school run plus library this afternoon. I forgot how much fun those workouts were, doesn't feel like 11 minutes! I'm going to be a bit sore around the sides and arms tomorrow though. So plan for the week is Tiffany today and tomorrow, gym and vibro plate wed and friday and vibro plate and possibly Tiffany if I get time on thursday.
b*ght loads of ryvita on saturday so brekkie was sweet onion ryvita with a slice of ham, laughing cow cheese spread ( extra light) and cucumber so for 2 it would be about 140 cals. I'll have a mid morning snack before lunch to keep the old metabolism going.

Menu of the day:
Special K with fresh/frozen raspberries (I know that they are not the healthiest of meals but they were on offer

Garlic sausage sandwich (250 calories) plus an apple.
Evening meal to be decided as I want to do the Tiffany workout but not too late.
We are missing a few people I know that Biggins is on holiday (lucky lady) but where has Preston1990 disappeared to on his bike and Baty?

Re: Weight Watchers
Well my whole core is a world of pain today, that Tiffany knows her stuff (can't laugh my isometrics hurt). Will do another 2x the same work out today.
Re: Weight Watchers
Ha ha you make me feel young,I turn 28 2 weeks tomorrow. Anyway, I weighed myself today. http://imgur.com/MEoxB1J Just over 6lb lost since kicking things off last Tuesday. This seems a lot for a week but I imagine it is due to me going from zero exercise and eating really unhealthy to being very strict with my food and getting 4 decent runs in over the week. I won't be expecting another 6lb to be lost next week,I know it will slow down but I'm really happy and I'll keep doing the hard work to get where I want to be.His 50th birthdayI'm old enough to be your mother
Sunday evenings are now reserved for Downton Abbey so perfect for relaxing

Re: Weight Watchers
Be warned you will get girlie curves if you do (I'm guessing you're male but I have got that wrong a few times before now on here)!! Well done on the 6lbs that is just amazing and 27 is so young!!alameals wrote:May have to try these workouts,my core just wobbles at the moment ha hamoggers wrote:Well my whole core is a world of pain today, that Tiffany knows her stuff (can't laugh my isometrics hurt). Re: Weight Watchers
I did the second set today, oh my goodness!!
Sweet onion ryvita, spicy houmous and chicken breast for breakfast
Two slices granary bread, spread with houmous and chicken breast sandwiches, special k crisps and tomato and lentil weight watchers soup (which is vey tasty with a good dash of pepper)
Not sure about dinner, either fish or a good mixed salad
