I'm on a lieu day today so off to Chester for the day with akh43 and I will try to be fairly good but we'll be going out for lunch

We will do lots of walking so that is a bit of exercise.
I like my food too much to be a bodybuilder and I'm too good at blocking punches with my face to call myself a boxer!

When I was younger, I did a lot of martial arts but mainly muay thai. I didn't do it to a particularly high level and I was never great at it but I do enjoy it and like to keep my hand in when I can.
Walking is totally underrated as a form of exercise, Diane! You don't need any special kit to do it, it can be done anywhere and anytime and most of the time, it won't leave you in agony meaning you couldn't train for the days following a walking session!
Today, I did a 5x5 routine again with squat, bench and barbell row.
How's everyone else doing?
