THE SHOWFILMFIRST EARLY ALERTS SERVICE

#1 Post by 99h13 » Tue Jan 14, 2014 10:23 am

Hello FMUK'ers,

This has probably been discussed before at some point, if so sorry for repost. I'm considering signing up as Sky has now removed there rewards scheme.

So basically has anyone took the plunge? is it worth the £17.99, how many ticket notifications do they tend to receive (Week/month) ect ect

Any information will be appreciated! thanks in advance.

Cheers,

99h13.

In my personal opinion I think it's great if you're in London for theatre and the odd multimedia screening but wouldn't recommend for anywhere else.

Yeah it is very london exclusive, would be pretty pointless for anyone further north :S
I think i remember seeing 2 screenings which actually had locations not in london last year.

i can confirm that the service was bobbins. i signed up a few years ago. then discovered fmuk.
by the time i got the alert from showfilmfirst, the film code had already been published on here
and all the tickets had gone.
you also get a lot more codes on here than from showfilmfirst direct - which is pretty much what i put in the email to them when i got my refund 2 weeks after joining.
cheap option is subscribe to the topics on here, and link your email to your phone. INSTANT ALERT !!!! o/

Oh I bet they loved that. They hate the free sites with a vengeance.
