Wow, very impressive getting all that reading done. At most I'm getting a textbook from my OU course and maybe another book read in a month. After seeing 'The Book Thief' I do fancy reading that. Has anyone read it yet?

I have it and made it about 3 chapters in, it is a very difficult read! I will be going back to it at some point!

Cool, I do fancy reading it but after I finish my current book - a biography of Alan Turing 'The Enigma' - I'm finding that slow reading but will persevere...

I've just finished The Shock of the Fall, by Nathan Filer (Costa Awards overall winner). What a fantastic read - so different from anything I've read before. It tells of how a family deals with grief, told by the schizophrenic son. A very moving book.

I finished that yesterday too! It was very good indeed, but I read it straight after Wonder by R.J. Palacio (which I finished in a day) and that wasn't a wise choice. Wonder is one of the best books I've ever read, so whatever I was going to read after would pale in comparison.

Hi Benji,

I read 'Total Recall' a while ago now and although I enjoyed it, Arnie really doesn't give too much away and the section about his political career is pretty dry. However, worth a read if you're a fan (like me!)

Darn. I would really like to read this but these stores are nowhere near me. Is anyone near these?
