They have closed all exits at Bank from the DLR except for Monument so I had to walk all the way to Monument then walk all the way back to Bank. Gah. Walked past a bus stop where a number 11 was waiting, which goes to St Pauls so I though of catching it but they were full. Funnily enough I caught the bus up walking, it was going so slow. LOL. Made it in 5 minutes early. Hah.

Had a nice meet up with the M/c fmukers at John Lewis. Seems like an age since we all met up through lack of films. Funny how Suels OH was talking about stargazing in the Lake District and the next thing he knows is he's been appointed Star Gaze Trip Organizer for August 2014. Don't think he knew what hit him.

He set the seed and we just encouraged him, even the 2 ladies (akh43 and Betty Botter) who didn't even know that they wanted to go camping are looking forward to it ;).

I don't like having to ask, but opticians will never give you your prescription otherwise, will they? They just say "it'll be here whenever you need it" because obviously they don't want you to b*y glasses anywhere else. Understandable, but once you've had the sight test, you are entitled to a copy.
