Actually, I am - or was! - looking forward to this, which is why it's in my sig. At least from the premise it appeals to me far more than Need For Speed (no appeal whatsoever in that case, in fact - the plot outline and trailer saw to that, but each to her own) and has a reasonable rating on IMDB. So still hopeful!

Good depth of field on the 3D can't save this Wacky Races for pubescent males, starring Dominic Cooper as Dick Dastardly and Aaron Paul as Peter Perfect. A Jeremy Clarkson / Top Gear fanboy wet dream. Story developments that can be seen coming a continent away. Plot holes you can drive a Lamborghini through. If half the price of one of the supercars had been spent on the script, it would have been a darn sight more entertaining.

Poor Bradley. You mean Dominic Cooper. ;)

Nonsense! But brilliant nonsense!

Please be a franchise!

Loved it.

Really excited to see this film..it's an easy going film not expected to be a classic

Looking forward to it but it won't be as big as the fast and furious franchise

Saw this at a packed Bournemouth Odeon due to winning O2 tickets. Went in with an opened mind as seen all the Fast And Furious movies and i really enjoyed it. Easy going story that is predictable, but who cares when theres fast cars, big crashes and a finish line up ahead. Would look forward to a Need For Speed 2 if they decide to make one. So a great night out, should do well in the cinemas.

Not really my cup of tea I'm afraid however I can see why others would enjoy it.

Back from glasgow Quay. So glad they chose not to use the wee screen but a slightly bigger one.

I enjoyed this better than last night's. Yes it is predictable but there was a story and the 130 minutes didn't seem too long. Funny they used the term Maverick as I actually thought this had the feel another Tom Cruise film of Days of Thunder in this. When the moving tune is in the background as the cars are about. Perhaps it is just me. Definitely agreed that the film picked up after the incident in the first 20 or so minutes. Cooper wasn't as convincing as the bad guy. 6/10

Preference of cinemas:- 1. Glasgow Renfield Street Cineworld, 2. Glasgow Showcase, 3. Braehead Odeon, 4. Vue Fort, 5 Glasgow Springfield Quay, 5. any other cinema in Glasgow area including Hamilton
Also Falkirk, Dunfermline and Stirling but these are rarely used for free previews.

Saw this tonight in Glasgow and I loved it, wasn't expecting to but I did.
Thought it was funny, action packed and with a gorgeous cast (particularly Aaron Paul), I thought it was an all round entertaining film.
Like others said, predictable and cliched but the 130 minutes flew by and had my attention throughout.

    8/10 from me.
