Watched this at Greenwich. Very enjoyable film and definitely part of a longer arc - already confirmed Spider-Man 3 & 4, with other cross over films in between.

I should've put my phone in my bag like my cousin did as I ended up having to hand mine in. Fortunately there was no queue to get it back at the end.

It seems that they split the queue for Sun & Sky ticket holders. The a Sun were VERY fussy about ID. The lady in front of me it seemed had to dig through her email to find something with her name on it to match the ticket, although I'm surprised she doesn't have a bank/debit card.

8/10

I did have Id on me, however the ticket was not booked in my name, which is why I had to show my Sun log I n details online as the printed membership card was not enough.
Sorry for holding the queue up but I'd travelled a long way and I really wanted to see this film and I would have cried had I been turned away.... okay perhaps not cried but I certainly would have made my way to the nearest watering hole to drown my sorrows!

Just received a message from a friend who forgot that her and partner had handed in their phones in Glasgow as no obvious security re-issuing them as they left sharply. :wall: Phoned Odeon when they discovered that they did not have their phones but now need to go to SEC in Glasgow tomorrow to get their phones. :noo: It shows you how easy it is to forget and how it might be as well to leave phone in car or at home!
Preferred cinemas: Best: Glasgow Quay, Glasgow Braehead, Glasgow Renfield Street, Glasgow Fort & Paisley
Others I'd go to: Glasgow Showcase Baillieston

Went to Leeds no id check got there at 7:10 and only a few seats where left. No air con in there and was really hot. Witnessed a few people taking several spare waters and masks home at the end which I was surprised about, who needs 5 masks and 5 waters.

Very enjoyable film though a little long! The story felt as though it could have finished several times and then another storyline introduced.
Great to see this film for free whether from Sun+ Perks or Sky. o/

Not sure about the masks but what's wrong with free water? You can drink it at your next free film!
My Sky tickets, which were in a male name, were used by a female so no matching ID and she still got in, phew.

No harm done... we all made it in. I did think to myself "go on mate, just let them in" - the screening wasn't full anyway! o/

At Holloway Road, they weren't checking ID of sky customers but I believe that sun customers were being ID-ed. We also had to hand in our phones, and had a water, a cardboard cutout of spiderman and 3D glass on our seats (some were electro, other spiderman glasses).

The film was enjoyable and the 3D good, but I wouldn't say that it's the best spiderman movie that I've seen. 7.5/10

Really enjoyed the film! Garfield was great as always, and I loved Jamie Foxx as electro. Great storyline, loved the focus on the romance with Garfield and Stone, and also the look at Spiderman's past.

Enjoyed the cameo from Sally Field, brilliantly cast as Spiderman's aunt.

No ID check at Holloway, as usual, in fact they barely even checked the tickets. I think they were more fussed about checking everyone have given their phone in.

Surprised that Glasgow wasn't full even though the ushers right from the start were encouraging people not to leave gaps in the seating. No ID checks and I actually had to remind them to start taking tickets as the first lot of people including me went into the screening and sat down without anyone even looking for a ticket.

Having never seen The Amazing Spiderman I didn't know what to expect of Andrew Garfield's spiderman/Peter Parker. Though personally i don't think he matches up to Tobey Maguire he was pretty good apart form the accent. I always thought Emma Stone was good but she didn't seem great in this film. For the length of the film there wasn't that much of character development in either Electro/Max Dillion or Harry Osborn/Green Goblin.

Film in general was amazingly good. Really enjoyed it and didn't have to think too much. 8/10

Preference of cinemas:- 1. Glasgow Renfield Street Cineworld, 2. Glasgow Showcase, 3. Braehead Odeon, 4. Vue Fort, 5 Glasgow Springfield Quay, 5. any other cinema in Glasgow area including Hamilton
Also Falkirk, Dunfermline and Stirling but these are rarely used for free previews.
