Classy Glassy : are you on the right site? It's not the normal redspottedhanky one, but google FAntasy Football and redspottedhanky. Sign up, create a Team name, then if you 'don't know what ya doing' (classic football chant at ref), you can do a lucky dip.

I got an Arsenal player in my team, yeah! But it was Giroud.

If you don't like one, you can substitute.

That's as far as I got. I am hoping I don't have to do anything else and the rest is up to the players.

I set an account for OH too, so he could collect rsh points. His fantasy team included FabbyHandski in goals :(. Well I guess it's down to me to collect the points then.

Ah, thanks Sunny Saver...of all the sports I play and watch...football is not one of them! So very likely I'd be scoring some brilliant goals...albeit all of them own goals ;)

You want me to teach you some rude chants Glassy. That's the most important thing. The referee is 50% wrong, when he rules against your team.

When I used to be a five a side goal keeper (I was never allowed in the outfield because I used to kick everyone in the shin including my own players), the rude chants and abuse were normally directed at me by my own team mates. This game is not very gentlemenly like cricket, eh? ;)

So yeah teach me some rude chants for payback :)

Sorry, am a little late on this thread! Been a tad busy (I think I have finally sorted out all that needs to be sorted after mum passing! There is really a lot to do, phew!) plus the saga with my car insurance continues, my son being con (that's another story!) and finally having a lovely holiday!

Anyway, I am happy to go with the flow! Please decide soon on the date so I can start planning and booking! My ex-boss lives outside Edinburgh, and he used to commute every monday morning returning friday afternoon from Edinburgh to London, on easyjet for £6-12 a fare, as he books far enough in advance. His commute was cheaper than us living in London. Also after seeing Belle, thought I could incorporate a visit to Scone Palace, but I see it is in Perth, and not near Edinburgh!

And can anyone help me with the Fantasy Football, this is the second year I have done it but just thought after registering my team, it will just do it's own thing and earn me lots of vouchers but I never got none last time, and I don't want to miss it this year. pm me if you can?

So looking forward to meeting you all again!

I too want to get booking to get a good deal and as you say prettyxcool especially for people flying as the good deals go extremely quickly. Shall we say 28th March as everybody can make that date? Is that OK with the Scottish gang sorting out a venue as I'm more than happy looking at hotels, transport and sight seeing but it will need someone there to sort out the venue? Looking forward to it already :D

Fab! Go for it! I am so excited already!

The Scottish Gang (I loved that Diane65 - makes them sound so important! or famous - our new Rock Band!) can email me, if they need any help. That's my forte, booking and liaising with venues! I am happy to help with anything that they are unsure about. Please don't hesitate to ask! ;)

Let me know if I may be of assistance too if anyone is keen on joining me on the Friday evening stargazing in darker skies, either at North Queensferry/Queensferry or I may consider one of the coastline towns east of Edinburgh.
