Thanks very much for all your kind wishes. Just home from my stay in the Grosvenor Pulford hotel and Spa that I won on facebook and hubby pa*d for another night for my birthday treat. Had two spa treatments included in my prize so had a ginger and lime body scrub which was lovely, followed by a back massage. Boy am I suffering from the kneading with her thumbs and elbow in my back to rid me of all the knots and tension she said I had! Feel my shoulder blades are bruised but hopefully it will have done wonders for me and when I meet you all at the end of this month you'll all gasp with amazement at how youthful I look!!! LOL!!!
