Not Receiving Email Alerts

Not getting email alerts for some reason either. I'm not subscribed to very many threads but I will try the above again and see what happens.

The delivery of these emails is very patchy, at best. I've subscribed, unsubscribed, re-subscribed, marked everything as read, checked my spam folder and still I'm not getting alerts on three out of four postings.

aha! I've just had my first email in weeks/months after clicking on 'mark forums read' yesterday.

not getting emails either from the free films section (even though marking those as read) although getting them from free theatre section

Hi, I've also not been receiving alerts for a couple of weeks now. I've tried Unsubscribing/Subscribing, Marking Topics As Read, Cleared Browser Cache, Checked Spam folder. Tried all these on Chrome and Firefox on my PC and Dolphin on my tablet.........still no alerts....... any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.

There are always occasions when chat generates an alert in free films and is deleted before you have read it. On such occasions you should mark topics read regardless of whether or not you see any unread messages in the topic.
Its possible that the system is still waiting for you to read the deleted message and only marking all topics read can sort that out.

I daily use the mark all topics read link and rarely miss an alert.
