It will be great to have you back Clare - it's been kinda lonely round here of late!! January is a great time to start a new venture and to set ourselves new challenges.

I have booked a 3 day trip to Munich in 5 weeks time so need to be in a healthier position as there is no way that I am going to be able to get up the "rugged hill"
What a great looking trip Diane and what a great incentive to shed a few

pounds and increase your fitness levels

As ever, Tubby

, being a true friend, I will endeavour to do whatever I can to assist you on that front
Happy to report the loss of 2 pounds this week

but that still does not claw back all of last week's 4 pounds gain
The problem is the arrival in the Preston household of Xmas type goodies, which I appear unable to resist. A Terry's Chocolate Orange and a tube of Pringles each have a calorific value of around 1000 cals - yet I ate both in one sitting, one evening last week.
Perhaps I'm in need of some serious nagging and a kick too
