Happy birthday to biggins though I'm sure it's very difficult in some ways. Hope the family and friends have helped you feel special today. Your 1st birthday without your husband must be very hard.

Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes. It was difficult with it being my 70th Birthday and my husband not around to share it. My family have been wonderful and my two daughters took me to Archerfield - a luxurious spa place at Dirleton near North Berwick - where we spent a night in an awesome lodge and had a spa treatment each. The whole family took me out last night for a meal so I have been very well looked after.
