I had no expectations for the movie, having seen so many coming age coming out movies recently. This was sweet saccharine sugar coated high school gay ROM com! Good fun with some magic moments 6/10

I am actually going to see this one again next week and plan to go once more when it's officially released!
I may be way past my teens, but the movie spoke to me as a queer person and it was the sort of movie that was missing when I was actually a teenager, it would have really helped me and others feeling OK with who we are.
I am so glad that this movie is around!

I agree with the fun magic moments about Love Simon. I saw this film twice. Once at Sutton empire and second time at Wimbledon Odeon. The audience at Wimbledon was a lot more receptive and reactive though.

A very well crafted romance/coming out story by the team behind The Fault In Our Stars.
Basis of the movie being Simon is "in the closet" and finds it hard to deal with until he springs a cyber relationship with an unknown called Blue, is outed by someone who ultimately betrays his friendship and is brutal in aspects of how he deals with this sudden release.
It affects both his family, friendships, college & more with some humour added to lighten to otherwise steady pace. The usual college parties, love triangles, lies & keeps you in suspense until the very end to really find out who Blue is.
This movie deals with a range of topics and are all aimed at making it easier to "be yourself" it is very easy to get emotive at a film with such depth to characters and you do truly feel Simon's pain.
A coming of age film certainly for the new generation and inspiring to all.

Loved it. Tears, laughter and internal cheers at the end.
Glad I got to see it. Not something I'd normally pick out especially with outrageous London cinema prices. However I'd happily p*y to see this again.
