Two competitions and help needed

Please support the good cause posted by elski and here is a rather more self-interested post:

Below are two competitions with good (non film-related) prizes. To enter you just need to put in your name and email address.

There is a leader board and if you enter using the links below you give me another point as well as one for yourselves. I'm second in both and am trying to put in a push before they close on 16 July.
