Hey all! My name is Rhys and I’ve been in love with films for as long as I can remember. I have the standard “I watched Star Wars when I was a kid” sorry but who doesn’t? I also have a dramatic love for baseball, which is always fun as a Brit.. but because of that, my favourite film is Moneyball. Or is it that I love baseball because I love Moneyball?

Anyway, I’ve recently found something of a dream job as a part-time film journalist for a website called Kernel. I focus on film reviews and have for the past few years developed an obsessive desire to watch at least 100 films in the cinema every year. Really looking forward to being a part of the community here to help reach that goal this year, and the next year, and the next year,,

Hello

I've recently started going to the cinema and I love it. I've always found it difficult concentrate and watch a 2 hour film at home as I often think about things that need doing in the house. Going to the cinema gives me the time to just relax and enjoy a film, and I love it.

My daughter introduced me to the Marvel films which I love. I think the only genre of film I won't watch is horror (I scream too much) other than that I'm open to watching anything.
