Well, I finally got round to watching The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo last night, which I enjoyed. As I was watching it, I kept thinking about the TV series, Wallender - the Swedish one, with English subtitles. They seem to have been shot in the same style.
I am now in the position whereby I will not see The Girl who Played with Fire before I go to see The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest.
But, as I've read the Millenium Trilogy, I don't really mind at all. Looking forward to it.

Karl Pilkington in Rio De Janiero last night - those beaches look wonderful. I'd have to lose a bit more weight before donning any swimwear, though.

I watched 'The Science of Sleep'; can't recommend it enough! My favorite movie is Amelie so when I saw 'quirky french film' I just HAD to watch it! It's surreal, but very well done in that it does have substance and strong characters. ( :

Currently watching Tron which I recorded earlier - don't quite know what's going on at the moment, but I think the special effects are very good, considering the age of the film - well ahead of its time. Oh, there's a VERY young Jeff Bridges.....

Watched Inception yesterday, loved it! Then we watched Christmas Vacation, it never fails to make me laugh even though I know what is going to happen.
