I think when you find something that you really enjoy, it makes a difference. combat is great. kicking and punching, (non contact) fast and slow, then abs and stretching, the hour goes really quickly.
The thing that really did it for me was when my boss b*ght me a personal trainer, and I carried on for about a year with him. If you can afford it, its worth the money.

No dresses for me, but last personal shopper found me a lovely pair of Red Herring black skinny cords, a Jeff Banks Tshirt and a cute sequin 3/4 sleeves jacket. Thats as smart as I get
