Well, how time flies I have now been to Asia Gardens and am back!! All I can say is what am lucky girl I am to have won a stay at such a fabulous hotel :D

When we arrived at the gates the taxi had to stop at the barrier whilst the security asked for our names and checked we had a reservation, as we pulled outside the entrance to the hotel there was someone there ready to take our bags, we were meet at the door by guest relations and taken to a desk inside the lobby, where we were offered a complimentary glass of champagne or peach juice, they then went through all the facilities the hotel had on offer for us and asked which of the hotels many fine dining restaurants we would like to take our complimentary dinners in and made reservations!!

The guest relations staff took the showed us to our room, our bags had already been delivered for us. It was a very nice large room with a balcony over looking one of the very many pools with a jacuzzi with the hills and sea in the distance. There was a plate of chocolates and fruit and a lovely welcoming card in the room

We then went off to explore, the hotel was absolutely huge, and set in very beautiful gardens with so many swimming pools I lost count, the brochure said 5, but one of the pools is so huge if goes round corners, up and down in to lower levels and has so many different area's with loungers you can't really count it as just one pool. We took our meal that night at the In Black restaurant I had lobster, followed by Sea bass and a desert which I can only describe as strawberry heaven! By the time we finished our meal it had got dark and all of the little pathways through the gardens we lit with candle lanterns, it was so pretty.

It was only the following day at breakfast you realise the hotel was actually quite busy, the breakfast is taken in the buffet restaurant which was busy all morning, but had plenty of tables and lots of staff, there wasn't much else you could have wished to have a choice for breakfast, there was full english, continental with cold meat and all sorts of cheese, huge selection of cereal, muffins, doughnuts, pastries, fruit, yoghurt fromage frais, a huge white chocolate fountain with all sorts of chopped fruit, strawberries, marshmallows, every juice you could think of and a chef making eggs and omelettes to order. Once breakfast was over everyone seemed to disappear again the place was so huge.

We spent most of our time by the pool or eating and was very fortunate that the weather was beautiful, not a cloud in the sky and temperatures approaching 30C.....I did turn a little bit pink despite using lots of suncream, 3 days by the pool in sun was maybe a little more than my pale skin could take. lol I still can't believe that I won this and didn't have to p*y for any of it!

You must excuse me, I just spent time reading a long thread about the use of English and I just cannot get past fly's instead of flies. Apologies for being a stickler.

Your holiday sounds lovely btw. :D

It pretty much was paradise, well to me, for a couple of days, have finally worked out how to add a photo....although not how to shrink it.

We spent most of a day by this pool with not another person in sight!
