Is it really human nature or is it the nature/mission of most of the people who sell stuff that they want us to believe that we can only survive/be cool if we have the latest of everything? :star:

Ok you have a point but without being enticed left, right or center...do you not think that you would want more for yourself even though its currently in the form of a gadget

the dell streak is one thats perfect to carry in your handbag, and its really a very small 'tablet style' netbook. it would fit in your pocket!

At £200 it solves the need for a phone AND a netbook in one. I'm starting to wonder why I wasted £180 on my netbook now....

Although I do want multiple compatibility on it, i dont want multi features. They seem to add a lot to the price, and its cheaper to just by an additional gadget if you want a portable game (eg PSP) or an MP3 player. that way if one thing gets broken or lost, you havent lost everything!

I really wish I had £400 to throw away, I am really keen to get an Asus Transformer!
Also, there are rumours that Amazon will release a tablet some time this year and if the Kindle is any indication - it will be underpriced in order to make people b*y it and then spend money on the Amazon market... Might be worth waiting for that one!
