Which part of London are you in? And what size frame do you need?
I had something framed here about a year ago and they did a good job, but it was very simple and straightforward, and small (just over postcard size). I can't remember how much we pa*d but it was around £10-£15 (we had another framer down the road who was better and cheaper but he closed down). You could give them a ring and ask for a rough idea how much they would charge.
