I forgot to mention video gaming. Thats another of my enjoyable time wasters. I play games on 3 formats ps3, pc and wii but ialso have an xbox but not many games on it. Just recently finished the awesome tomb raider reboot and look forward to the forthcoming Last of Us and Beyond Two Souls games both ps3 exclusives. Mass Effect trilogy however ruled my life for several months last year!

I have never tried meditation but have tried self hypnosis instead of pain relief for childbirth and it does work.

Hypnosis for childbirth !?? Were you in a temporary coma ? Either that or you must have unshakeable will power.
