Feeling so much healthier....been on Yoga again this morning for 40mins.

Good for you, I have done 2 mins of yoga so far, trying to lose Project Trevor weight and now the wee chubby is 2 months old I haven't got an excuse lol!

We should try and keep each other motivated!!

Ive got my hol's in a few weeks and have made a promise to my self to go on every morning before work x

Got up this morning eventually! Iam starting to struggle now to stay motivated when my bed is so comfy!

Managed 30 minutes in total!

Good News...Moggers is gonna be my Wii Fit Buddy! I will definately have to keep this up now.

Although I have not been on for 2 whole days! But in my defence I've had a bit of a nasty bug so as soon as Iam feeling better I shall start again xx

Hee hee Bev, welcome to the world of keep fit gadgets...i have a cross trainer and an air walker both gathering dust...waiting for enthusiasm to spur me on :D

Maybe we should have a get fit together thread with a year on goal of walking or running the Race for Life?
