On the list Harry Enfield.

There’s a bunch of seriously unfunny people who ARE on the list though...moggers wrote:Because he isn't funny?thedude wrote:Why isn't Billy Connolly on that list?
Anyway, just one person’s opinion. Billy’s a legend!

Re: Out of these brilliant comedians who is your most favour
For movies: My all time favourites is Peter Sellers follwed by Charlie Chapman, then Laurel and Hardy. Why? Because some of their films made me laugh so hard, I needed paramedics. True greats that no one has matched since. I also love Jerry Lewis and Norman Wisdom (RIP) who had the funniest bones and made hilarious albeit stupid movies. Woody Allen in his early days also had me in painful stitches. But for modern day movies, my favourite is Jackie Chan...boy he makes laugh and he's not even supposed to be a comic actor per se.
I cant believe all those I mentioned are not on the list. But from the list, guess I chose Steve Martin (especially his early films)
I'm not a fan of stand up comedy but if I had to chose it will be Robin Williams.
If we talking TV comedy: I was going to say David Jason or Ricky Gervais or Stephen Merchant but thinking about it, Martin Freeman is the one that really makes me laugh the most with his perfect reactionary expressions.
And what about the comediennes?? Not many to chose from but my favourite is Whoopie Goldberg for movies and Dawn French for TV.

If they were on the list, I would choose Michael McIntyre and Shappi Khorsandi - they always have me in stitches.

Re: Out of these brilliant comedians who is your most favour
russel howard is one of the least funny people i have ever seen who is dubbed a comedian.
he's a decent poplitical satirist, and he makes interesting points, but hes rarely funny.
