4Music currently showing tribute of Amy Winehouse music videos if anyone interested. Most videos I never seen before are pretty good, some even funny, particularly one showing her not showing up for a gig so other members of audience taking her place.
My film reviews here . ......My FMUK 2014 ratings.......My FMUK 2011 ratings.......My FMUK 2013 ratings . ......My FMUK 2012 ratings .

Sorry not sure where this early alert should go...

http://www.supajam.com/news/story/SUPAJ ... al-tickets

SUPAJAM are giving away hundreds more FREE festival tickets - Tickets are bound to go fast and will be released here tomorrow at 4pm

Are you ready to ROCK?!

Not very long ago (4 days to be exact) we told you that this year SUPAJAM are attending the Cambridge Rock Festival on the 4th – 7th August. You also might remember that we also told you were're gonna be taking you lovely lot along for the rock fest for FREE!

Well, we have now purchased and are in the possession of the aforementioned tickets and we are genuinely excited to spend a weekend partying off the well beaten track of the usual festival line up. The Cambridge Rock Festival has a line up featuring mainly Rock and Blues, with added Progressive and New Wave along with great food and a reported seventy real ales, ciders, wines and lager.

We are proud as hell to have 200 Thu/Fri tickets and 150 FULL weekend tickets to offer to you lovely lot FOR FREE (+ our traditional tiny admin fee)

Now, we can do little about the quality of sunshine but getting you guys into the best summer festivals for little to nothing is something that we do very very well.

So grab your granny, bully your brother and educate your baby rockers at the Cambridge Rock Festival 2011 – all for less than a fiver.

Tickets are bound to go fast and will be released here tomorrow at 4pm

I am certainly b*ying a lot more CDs as of recently. I'm not quite sure of the sole reason which has attracted me to this; perhaps I feel compelled to own a hard copy of a piece of music which will stay with me in my mind longer than an MP3, or maybe because I feel less guilty when I spend my money on them. Either way, I b*ght seven CDs today, which is now about half of my collection. :giggle: They are the soundtracks for O Brother Where Art Thou, Batman (1989) and Blade Runner; Killers by Iron Maiden; London Calling by The Clash, Pet Sounds by The Beach Boys and The Best of Whitesnake. I'm sure at least one of those CDs will be exciting to some of you!
Go ahead, make my day - by visiting my blog: http://jacobthehobnob.wordpress.com/

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2012" club. I saw 32, which is rather delightful.. I beat Mr. Glass on free films but he narrowly inched me out on total films seen.

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2011" club. I saw 20, interestingly enough. My more realistic target was to see more free films than TheyCallMeMrGlass. I lost.

Iron Maiden rocked! Not free, sometimes you just have to spend but they were sooo worth it.... Never seen so many standing/moshing at O2. Security couldnt hand out enough water. Awesome.
