Was having same problem till I tried Chrome. Copy link and right click, choose option that says go to loyalty.redspottedhanky.
sign in using your RSH details this will take you to page that asks you to enter the promo code.
You then should get a long code to enter in to your RSH account page. You need to click on loyalty/account twice before it brings up the enter E-code page for some reason. Amount is added to your RSH account straight away.

£25 family Portsmouth - Isle of Wight hovercraft day rtnPay £25 for a Sunday rtn hovercraft trip when at least one child travels
18 days left
Print this Hovertravel voucher and you'll get a family day return from Portsmouth to Ryde on the Isle of Wight for £25. The voucher's valid on Sundays till 12 May. A maximum of two adults and three children can travel per voucher, or any combination of five in a group as long as there's one child.
A family pass for five usually costs £40 (more if you b*y tickets separately) and a last minute ferry would set you back £50ish, so this is a decent saving.
A day return includes departures after 8am and returns must be made by 9pm. There are two hovercrafts in service (max 90 passengers each) with departures every 30 mins.
