Just did another LiveChat on other ongoing account and been done virtually the same as yesterday, not surprising though as speaking to the same person!

"Yes we have delays on both Perks currently. We are hoping within a month as we keep pushing for delivery. Apologies."

I don't understand how one person can receive when they don't have them, or maybe they ran out and had to order more.

Surely they know how many people applied for these and ordered accordingly or if they only had a certain amount, they should have stopped people applying when they got to that amount.

I got some rubbish makeup in the post yesterday, so long since I applied for it - then straight in the bin as it was awful

Think I'm the only one without problems with Sun Perks. Some took a while to be delivered but received everything so far.

I have received everything else I ordered, except the Alton Tower vouchers not sure whether I should have received these by now or not.

The problems I have is with the free Odeon vouchers and the £5 Morrison voucher which I ordered in mid February. Did you order these perks and actually receive them?

Maybe I should also add the Alton Towers to the list next time I query with them.

Don't think I ordered either of those. I did the 2 for 1 Odeon but that came instantly via e-mail. I'm waiting on Alton Towers tickets actually although I don't know whether to expect them now or nearer to the date they're for which is August 30th.

I see the travel hairdryers they were giving away have been recalled for being dangerous! Not having much luck, are they?!!

i have received everything i ordered except odeon tickets. i've had magazines, phone cover, football shirt, football, drinks bottle makeup x 3, mustache air freshener. i did try to blag a morrisons voucher out of them, but wasn't entitled to it, so wasn't surprised when it didn't turn up
I've ordered alton towers, and chessington but dont expect them until nearer the date, as they want to keep you a member as long as possible, and apparently you have to still be a member when you use them

The Odeon tickets are certainly the biggest complaint for folk. Like some others, I have received other perks ie football, make up, etc but the most valuable one to me, the Odeon cinema tickets have not appeared and so I will keep complaining!

Received alton towers tix in the post today. Going on 27th April, so thumbs up to the good ol' sun :)
