Thanks Ejwrank. It hasn't really stop raining here but it hasn't dampened our spirits. We love this hotel. Not used to the time difference but probably cos I have been sleeping from 21:30 and getting up at 06:00. I mean this morning I have been awake since 4.

Yesterday we went to Harry potter first to do the forbidden journey again before heading to universal studios for the day. It was alright. Completed the rest of the park though a few hiccups with some of the rides due to not working or rain.

We also have wee Scottish tokens to give to people we meet or have given awesome service. And each time we given them out people have been genuine surprised but happy. We have shortbread, fudge, Scottish flag pin badges, Scottish fridge magnet, chocolate for housekeeping, wee kilted bears.

This morning when we get up we head back to Harry potter. As E.T wasn't working they give us a fast fast pass so I think we get to skip the queue for that. Then perhaps some other rides before checking out and heading to the port for our cruise. I won't have free wifi for a week but hopefully we have sun instead

What an incredibly lovely idea, I can imagine it brings a little bit of sunshine into people's otherwise rainy days.

Glad to hear you're having such a wonderful time so far Yinster, here's to hoping the weather will be better on your cruise!

If you've haven't already done them don't forget to do Spider-Man and transformers the ride.

Don't know if you're staying in one of Universal hotels in the park, if you are you get to jump to the front of the lines.

Enjoy the rest of your holiday, hopefully it will be dryer in September.

I think Easyjet has definitely upped its game and are widening their customer base.

We are sitting in the hotel just now waiting for our transfer to the cruise. So looking forward to it. We had already done harry potter journey of adventure and despicable me again. Just chatting to OH how we have three adventures in one trip. This first adventure has been really good even though it is only today the sun is out. Lovely hotel and would love to come here if we ever did universal studios again.

Just remember we dont have free WiFi for the next week so probably won't be online but never say never.

Quickly posting this as we wait for Indiana jones stunt show in Hollywood studios.

Suffice to say our cruise also had teething problems whilst we went on it. First we couldn't get early dining so we ended up dinner most nights in the windjammer which is the buffet place. It is actually not bad and we had great service. We also eat in both specialised dining venues. The first, Chops Grille we prebooked as we get one cos we booked our cruise with Virgin. The second Portifinio we got cos of the hiccup we had on the first full day of cruising.

Basically we ended up with a toilet in our stateroom which didn't flush so we called maintenance. They came and ended up flooding our room so they had to install a new carpet. At first they blamed us but I complained and we got to go to the Italians and Johnny rockets too. Plus 20% off our next cruise.

We met so many wonderful people on board. And really enjoyed the trivia even though we didn't win. Our excursions were good apart from one where we felt rushed so we had money back from it.

And formal nights we went to the specialised dining where we both dressed up. Me in my kilt and OH in a beautiful dress. We also saw some shows.

Royal Caribbean is expensive but compared to other cruise lines it has more options and look so much better than other ships.

One thing I didn't like is we were in a ship where there were several larger groups so they had priorities and booked some of the venues so we didn't get as much entertainment on board as usual.

We already done Epcot on Sunday and went shopping and downtown Disney yesterday on Presidents' Day. The sun is out and it's pretty warm here.

The stunt show is about to start so signing off.

Sounds like you're having an amazing time after the first hiccups. Epcot is my favourite of all the parks its just wonderful.
Hope you enjoyed your stunt show o/
