I b*ght the snapper. It's finally on DVD. I waited years for it to convert from VHS.
Could believe I knew every word as haven't watched it in years.
Still so funny. ( film from early 90s. Done by BBC based in Ireland about a young girl who finds out she is pregnant And has to tell her family)

Decided to sooth my rather bothersome and depressed self this evening by watching "The Taking of Pelham One Two Three" (the original, of course). A finely crafted action movie that doesn't rely on pyrotechnics to succeed; instead, it gives its characters enough time to develop properly. I was on the edge of my seat. Suffice to say, I felt a lot better afterwards.

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2011" club. I saw 20, interestingly enough. My more realistic target was to see more free films than TheyCallMeMrGlass. I lost.

Half of The Rocky Horror Picture Show before my LoveFilm DVD stopped working. Undoubtedly the most bizarre, camp, strange, random film I've ever seen. It also made me laugh the hardest I have for months. I got up to the point where Meat Loaf gets killed and then it cut out :( I'm eagerly awaiting the replacement.

I watched Ringer with Sarah-Michelle Prinze.......http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1819654/

Thought bit slow at first, but then the ending had a twist and made me want to watch the next episode.

On a more sober level after last night's half of The Rocky Horror Picture Show, I decided to sit down and watch American History X (as I'm meeting Edward Furlong tomorrow). What a stunning film. I've never seen anything like it before. Edward Furlong gives one of his greatest performances as a former neo-nazi skinhead who tries to dissuade his younger brother (Furlong) from going down the same wrong path he did. Brutal, and yet artistically very impressive, it made me cry more than any other film I've seen. I implore you to see it if you haven't.
