I really enjoyed the film. The first 45mins were really good but I felt the next sequence ..... of battle against the factories a little weak and slowed the film down and then picked up again at the end. The end bit reminded me a bit of a " A Matter of Life and Death" by Pressburger and Powell. Waited until the end credits to see a snippet of the new Avengers film next year which looked great. 8/10
I went to the O2 and was not expecting to see it as a 3D film which was a bonus. Again over subscribed but the staff were good to arrange an extra screening at 19:30 which I thought was spot on and giving people the choice to stay and watch or go rather then send people away.
Just want to say a big thank you to Sarahjc78 for getting the tickets.

It spirals into a fatal freefall when he becomes the propaganda merchant that is Captain America. It's a movie that suffers from being horribly dated. Watching a man with an American shield barge his way into a Nazi factory is nothing short of ridiculous. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. It's worse than The Green Lantern. I'm not entirely sure how it has managed that, but it has.
For a moment I thought I was the only one who saw nothing of worth in this movie. Sticking around after the.credits was the best part

Ditto apart from the Green Lantern comment as I thought the Green Lantern was really good.

Wasn't sure I'd make it to see this as have been a bit under the weather but son and I went to Wood Green which was full. I had no expectations at all which was probably a good thing. Now I am one of those idiots who knows nothing about Marvel comics and had to view this from perspective of ignorance. I wasn't totally convinced and it was too long, but I found some of it entertaining, especially the beginning and in the end I quite enjoyed it.

Bloody review in the Metro this morning states that the 3D actually enhances this film? Surely, she must have been high.
102 Different free films seen in 2010 plus 2 repeat viewings and a few tv show screenings... not too shabby. Thanks to everyone for their contributions here.

So ticket as normal says 6 for 6.30 so I headed into the Sky Superscreen at the O2 about 6 and there was already a massive que. Got into the screen around 5 past and already most of the seats were taken. I couldnt believe it, I thought I was early for a change. They must've let people in well before 6. Anyway due to this, I ended being 4 rows from the front (on the flat bit) and not impressed. The Sky Superscreen is rather big and being this close was not fun.
But hey it was a FREE film, so I shouldnt really grumble!
I actually enjoyed the film. I thought Hugo Weaving as the Red Skull was great, and I actually liked Chris Pine as Captain America. Didnt really see the point of Hayley Atwell as the love interest, but TLJ was fun!
Whilst the fight scenes were not the best I'd ever seen in a film, I thought they were ok and good for the film in general.
I too waited till the end for the snippet of The Avengers and I must admit, am rather excited seeing that all come together!!
