Would have loved to see this but it was broken at Epsom!

They were good enough to offer four alterantives though: a women in black (the manager did point out this had already started and there were loads of youngsters mucking about in the screening), Ghost Rider, Star Wars or The Descendents.

We decided to watch The Descendents although we had already seen it as it would have been a pity to waste the effort of going out.

Will now need to use some freebie cinema tickets to watch TBEMH at a later stage.

I really enjoyed this film... shame no one else in my family came, as they would have all liked it. Thought Maggie Smith was soo funny.

Think it's a mumsy sort of film.

8.5/10.

Thought I was being generous in offering to wait and see this with my sister but she saw the trailer and was quite negative about it. Then she saw the trailer a second time and was even more opposed! Don't want to share it with someone who won't appreciate it but stuck for alternative films for joint outing now!

Just on way home from seeing this charming film at Westfield. They checked for id when we got there and they had a name list. (Even tho I wasn't on it despite tickets in my name)
Fantastic acting by them all!!!
Loved the little one liner jokes.
I think I will enjoy even more when watching it at home once it comes out on DVD.
8/10

P.s. I had to stop at the shop and b*y some choc hobnobs. Mmm. Haven't had them in ages.

Rarely has such a galaxy of acting talent been assembled-unfortunately there was not enough space for the characters to develop completely. What we got was a series of perfectly played cameos,it was a very interesting but not entirely satisfying experience.

Concur completely. I was a little disappointed as given the talent and story it should have been more enjoyable. Also very odd camerawork, I almost came out with a headache. 7/10

Saw this at Westfield. I was expecting the worse as I saw many negative reviews but I really enjoyed it.
Like ansbro81, I too thought it was fantastic acting and loved the little one liner jokes.
Fought the urge for choc hob nobs though.

Watched this earlier with the Mrs at a 90% full Cheshire Oaks
It was alot better then we expected.
Excellent film with some good humour & a quality cast.
We give it 8/10
