I just finished reading Songs of the Humpback Whale by Jodi Picoult and as much as I usually love her books, I really hated that one. It bored me to tears, but I kept reading thinking it would get better and it never did.

Now I'm reading The Accidental Billionaires by Ben Mezrich. It's the book version of The Social Network and I'm really enjoying it!

I have just ordered Water for Elephants from amazon with a voucher which I was kindly given for Xmas. Excited to read that!

I love reading and i get hungry for words if i don't have a book on the go.

I'm reading 'The Arabian Nights' which is a collection of stories from the Middle East centuries and centuries old. They have demons and witches, dervishes, men half man half stone, reminds me of Greek myths.

Its a slow read as there are lots of poetic verses and songs Interspersed into the dialogue but good if you like fables and fairy stories.

I picked up a pretty old copy of 80 days around the world from a charity shop after realising I have not read it yet.

Enjoying it so far :D

it's a good read! though for some reason i felt it took a long time to get going, i think it's just the pace and my slow reading to blame though, not the book! i hope you enjoy :D

Brighton Rock over the holidays, plus half of The Maltese Falcon on the plane back to England. Both great crime fiction novels.

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2012" club. I saw 32, which is rather delightful.. I beat Mr. Glass on free films but he narrowly inched me out on total films seen.

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2011" club. I saw 20, interestingly enough. My more realistic target was to see more free films than TheyCallMeMrGlass. I lost.

Went to waterstones on saturday, and saw they had a 3 for 2 offer!
So my i am /number Four book arrived on friday, then I b*ght NJorthern Lights, The Left Hand of God and The Owl Killers all ready to be read :D
Was about 35 pages in The Owl Killers, and found it amazing, and its not my usual choice of book! :D
