Up
Re: Up
Thoroughly enjoyed the film. Nobody wanted to to come with me to see this film, so went by myself (sad I know). So Sunday morning went to Vue at Star City Birmingham. Screening was about 85% full. Think the adults enjoyed it more than the children. Loved the mixture of sadness and laugh out loud moments. Wish it had been in 3D. 8/10

Re: Up
The Odeon Covent Garden screening was in 3D, and they let us keep the glasses! Not sure what to do with them, to be honest, but thanks all the same.
I have had enough of the film for a while now though!
Point!

Re: Up
Pixar have obviously found that magic formulae because I don't believe they have ever made a bad film and they have definitely hit the right note again with "UP". This is most definitely up with Toy Story and Monsters Inc etc. Absolutely brilliant and the group I went with ranged from 5 years to 72 years!
I want a Kevin - and I want him now!
A whooping 9 out of 10 from us.

Re: Up
Firstly thanks to Allsinging for the tickets
Saw this in Wester Hailes Edinburgh, lots of families but a lot of couples and people without kids. Still lots of empty seats so would guess about 60 -65% full.
Shame on the way in there was a box of 3D glasses so of course I asked for them but was told it was a 2D film we were to see
Really well done film. Knew it was going to be a film i might need tissues for , but lots of funny moments and thoroughly enjoyed by us. Loved the characters, and could really believe little Russell having all these badges and wanting another one and yet still unable to assemble the tent.
Might even go back and dare I say p*y to see it in 3D, on an orange wednesday of course.
8.5/10 from me

Re: Up
Really enjoyed this film. Many thanks to Tufty for the tickets.
At the same screening as Marjoreemarjora and had a chat to her -wonder if any other Fmuckers were there.
Loved the short film about the clouds - thought it was very funny.
Liked Russell's little podgy face and thought it was a nice touch at the end showing him spend time with his new "grandfather".
8 out of 10
