I made tablet in christmas tree and gingerbread man shapes to raise money for my daughter's choir, they looked lovely even if I say so myself! Love christmas baking!!

On the subject of Christmas, will someone please do my Christmas shopping for me? I'm so busy with work and rushing around to see shows (ok, maybe I should cut back on those) that I haven't started...

My latest idea for the more distant relatives is brownies. I know it doesn't sound particularly thoughtful, but you can b*y brownies in letterbox sized packaging, i.e. they will fit through the door and the recipients won't have to struggle to a sorting office/arrange redelivery. I'm thinking that if you walk with a stick, you probably want the minimum of faff in collecting the gift.

Very few things seem to fit through letterboxes though!

My 7ft tree went up yesterday - the £35 one from B&Q. Took 2 hours to put up but well worth the effort I think.
